Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed in order to ensure fast handling and fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyerβs remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to either:
β a free replacement, or
β a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
